We are seeking an Interior Phase Supervisor for our client on a new building site.

Responsibilities

  • Planning and daily management of interior phase work
  • Scheduling work phases and monitoring production
  • Guiding and coordinating subcontractors
  • Ensuring safety, quality, and cost-efficiency
  • Coordinating material deliveries and resources

Requirements

  • Construction industry education (e.g., construction foreman or civil engineer)
  • Experience in supervisory roles on new construction sites
  • Particularly experience in managing interior phase work
  • Good organizational and communication skills
  • Fluent Finnish language skills
