Construction and Renovation Company look for Interior Designer

Job Description:

  • Able to handle & prepared Design and Proposed Layout Plans, Elevations, Details, Perspective Drawings and 3D Drawings
  • Preparation of Quotation/ Invoice/ Project Schedule and Timeline
  • Overseeing the implementation of design plans and liaising with construction teams (Eg: Carpenters/Plumbers/Electricians/other Sub-Contractors)
  • Conduct client meetings to understand design intentions, present concepts, and provide regular progress updates throughout the project lifecycle
  • Selecting and coordinating the procurement of appropriate materials, furnishings, and fixtures
  • Any ad-hoc duties which may be assigned by the Management
