The ideal candidate will be involved in the entire design process—from concept development to execution—ensuring high standards of quality, precision, and aesthetics.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and present interior design concepts based on client requirements and space functionality
Create 2D layouts and detailed working drawings using AutoCAD
Prepare accurate and itemised BOQs (Bill of Quantities) for projects including material specifications and quantities
Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and consultants to ensure design intent is achieved
Conduct site visits for measurement, inspection, and progress tracking
