Provides interior design deliverables, such as but not limited to the following:

• Prepares design concepts, floor plan with furniture layout, 3D renders/views, material boards; FF&E booklets, ID plans and budget estimate for accessories
• Presents concepts, floor plan, 3D renders and material boards to top management for approval
• Coordinates with design team, other departments and external ID consultants for request of plans, project brief, marketing brief, clarificatory meetings
• Coordinates with contractors and suppliers for projects
• Visits on-site and inspects that interior design is implemented based on the approved; prepares site report with photos
