Interior Designer Lead

Job Summary:
The Head – Interior Design will be responsible for leading and overseeing the interior design strategy, execution and detailing across residential, commercial, retail and hospitality projects. This role will ensure that all interior designs meet the brand’s aesthetic, functional, sustainability and quality benchmarks while adhering to project budgets and timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Design Leadership
Drive the overall interior design direction from concept to execution.
Framing of proper design brief with approval from management.
Interpret and integrate the brand philosophy, sustainability objectives and customer preferences into all design outputs.
Manage design development post-concept, including detailed drawings, material selections and 3D visualizations.
Ensure all interior layouts comply with statutory regulations and design codes.
