Interior Designer/ Documenter

INCO Studio is an Australian company based in Sydney. We are on the lookout for an interior designer/documenter to join the team and grow with the company. This is a fully remote position for candidates located in the Philippines, with working hours aligned to the Australian time zone (Sydney)

Role & Responsibility

• Translate Residential and hospitality design concepts from concept to documentation.
• Create 3D model from ArchiCAD & Sketchup
• Create 3D renders with Enscape
• Create detailed design documentation, including drawings and specifications
• Specify materials, products, and finishes in line with the design proposed
• Ensure designs comply with building codes and safety regulations
• Collaborate with teams across multiple time zones to deliver outstanding design solutions
