Interior Designer

JOB DESCRITION:

· Produces conceptual drawings in 2d interior elevations and 3d interior images with creative with thinking and according to budget.

· Produces a complete colored rendering of interior perspective.

· Will do Mock-up Interior-fit – out Perspective drawings in coordination with actual site condition.

· Make actual field measure on site and prepares accurate as-built plans.

· Tracks drawing submittals and deadlines.

· Reports directly to superior with regards to progresses and revisions.

· Coordinates with personnel/s involved with construction.

· Will work with Project Architect for coordination, evaluation, correction and assessments.

· Prepares Interior design complete with plans and colored 3d Perspective - design options for approval.

· Prepares area tabulations.
