Interior Design Architect

Job Description

• Lead the design process by creating preliminary concepts, layouts, and detailed architectural plans.
• Conduct site analyses, consider client needs, and develop innovative design solutions.
• Use design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) to produce drawings and 3D models.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and timelines, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to align project goals and manage expectations.
• Regularly conduct site visits to monitor project progress, address any issues, and ensure adherence to design specifications and safety standards.
• Lead and coordinate a multidisciplinary team, including junior architects, engineers, and consultants.
