This innovative organisation is experiencing a period of growth and requires temporary support to assist with a backlog of invoices and ensure supplier payments are processed efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Managing the end-to-end Accounts Payable process for a high volume of supplier invoices
Processing and coding invoices accurately within NetSuite
Matching purchase orders, invoices, and goods received notes
Investigating and resolving supplier queries and invoice discrepancies
Monitoring supplier statements and reconciling accounts
Preparing and processing weekly payment runs
