• The Revenues Technical Manager is a pivotal role responsible for the operational leadership and effective management of the Council’s Revenues Service, focusing on Business Rates and Council Tax. This position ensures accurate billing, collection, and recovery of revenue, aiming to maximize income while delivering a high-quality, customer-focused service. The postholder will provide technical expertise, oversee systems administration, drive continuous service improvement, and ensure compliance with legislative requirements, while leading and developing a high-performing team.
