Interim Production Development Lead

Abloy Oy in Joensuu is seeking a Production Development Manager for a fixed-term maternity leave cover of about four months. You will lead the production development team and collaborate with the operations organization to improve productivity, efficiency and delivery capability.

You will drive development projects across production processes, manufacturing methods, automation and digital systems, taking ownership and delivering results in a fast-moving industrial setting.
