Location: Monterrey, Mexico (Remote within region considered)

Duration: 4–6 Months (Full-Time Contract)

Title: Interim Payroll Specialist – Mexico (ADP Celergo Implementation)


Required Qualifications

  • End-to-end Mexico payroll processing experience
  • Strong knowledge of Mexican labor laws & payroll tax regulations
  • Experience managing weekly & semi-monthly payroll cycles
  • Hands-on experience with time-sheet heavy payroll environments
  • Experience working with external payroll providers
  • Ability to work independently with minimal handover
  • Experience collaborating with HR & Finance teams
  • Bilingual: Spanish & English
  • Experience in payroll system implementation or transition projects
