Join a respected California healthcare organization as an Interim Nurse Case Manager. In this role, you will assess, develop, and coordinate individualized care plans to ensure members receive appropriate, high-quality care while meeting regulatory and organizational standards. You'll work independently, collaborate with leadership, and make a meaningful impact on patient outcomes through effective care coordination and advocacy.
