We are seeking a highly experienced Virtual Leasing Assistant to support our growing property management company. This is a remote contract role focused on managing leasing leads, answering inbound calls, and assisting with prospect follow-up.
This is NOT an entry-level VA role. Applicants must have a minimum of 3 years of property management experience and direct working knowledge of AppFolio.
Responsibilities:
Respond to inbound leasing calls and inquiries
Follow up with prospective tenants via phone, email, Facebook, Appfolio, Showdigs and SMS
Pre-qualify applicants
Schedule showings
Track and update leasing activity in AppFolio
Assist with application follow-up and document collection
Maintain organized lead notes and follow-up tasks
