  • Provide practical, commercially focused HR advice and support to managers and employees across a broad range of people matters.
  • Manage a varied Employee Relations caseload, including disciplinary, grievance, absence management, performance, capability and conduct matters from initiation through to outcome.
  • Support and manage complex ER cases, conducting investigations, preparing documentation, advising managers and ensuring compliance with company policy and employment legislation.
  • Coach and support managers in handling employee relations matters and developing their people management capability.
