Morgan Hunt currently requires an Interim FM Transformation & Development Control Director for NHS Trust based in Surrey on a temporary basis.

Pay Rate: £78.05ph to £83.05ph Ltd. Hours: 37.5 hrs Mon to Fri. Location: Surrey - Remote working available. Duration: 3 months ongoing contract.

Scope for procurement of FM Transformation & Development Control Plan interim Director

• Purpose: Senior leadership role accountable for delivering Estates & Facilities (E&F) transformation and the Trust's Development Control Plan.
• Scope: Oversees all Hard and Soft FM transformation programmes, aligning with Trust strategy and the New Hospital Programme while driving innovation, efficiency, and service improvement.
