Key Responsibilities
Full category ownership across assigned FM spend areas
Develop and deliver category strategies aligned to operational and compliance requirements
Lead sourcing activity including tenders, negotiations and contract awards
Stabilise and improve existing supplier relationships and contracts
Drive value for money, cost savings and service improvements
