Finatal is working with a private equity house that are looking to exit a £500m t/o global manufacturing business. We need a hand on M&A consultant to support the portfolio CFO in the exit process. The primary objective will be to support the CFO, build data room, VDD, FDD, liaise with external advisors and run projects around the SLT for the exit. The role is Netherlands will involve occasional travel. You’ll have experience in private equity backed businesses that are looking to exit, transactions services and large deal exposure.

Ideally you’ll have a track record in:

  • PE backed businesses
  • Manufacturing
  • Big 4 trained
  • Transactions Services
  • Large Deals Exposure
