O’Shaughnessy Theater at St. Catherine University – Interim Events and Operations Manager

The Events and Operations Manager (EOM) is responsible for enhancing, maintaining, and operating the internal organization and infrastructure necessary for O’Shaughnessy’s continued success and growth.

They manage administrative operations for the venue, including business operations such as soliciting and fielding rental inquiries, drafting and reviewing rental contracts with clients, bookkeeping, invoicing, financial reporting, budgets, sales reports, and organizational statistical data for sponsorships and grant reporting.

The EOM works with the Sales and Marketing Manager, Events and Operations Coordinator, and Production Manager to maintain the facility, ensure programming and event needs are met at high standards, maintain organizational efficiency, and pursue strategic initiatives set by the Director and the university.
