Interim Equity Compensation Specialist

We’re excited to partner with a leading FS business that is searching for an exceptional Interim Equity Compensation Specialist to spearhead the delivery of their equity compensation strategy. This is not just a job; it’s a chance to shape the future of employee share schemes within a thriving business. You’ll administer and manage the full lifecycle of equity compensation plans, including the preparation, review, and execution of grant agreements, exercise documents and award modifications. Internal relationships are key to this role as you partner with finance, legal, tax, payroll, and the wider HR team to ensure timely and compliant processing of equity transactions, including tax withholding and reporting.
