Must Have:
US GAAP
Manufacturing experience
Multi-site, multi-entity controllership
Process standardization experience
Player-coach mentality (hands-on)
Proven ability to optimize close
High EQ and empathy
Nice to Have:
CPA or CMA
Bachelor's degree
