Interim Controller

Location: Toronto

Term: 18-24 months (parental leave coverage)

Commitment: Full-time contract, with potential for the role to become permanent

Start: ASAP

Compensation range: $85,000 - $125,000, commensurate with experience

About the Role

We are a boutique private equity firm seeking an Interim Controller to provide coverage during a parental leave. The Controller will fully own the firm's accounting function for its SPVs and act as the primary accounting decision-maker during the engagement.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone comfortable operating in a lean environment, supervising junior staff, exercising accounting judgement, and working closely with existing team and external advisors.
