We are delighted to be supporting a growing technology business backed by a reputable mid market PE fund. They are seeking a hands on Interim CFO to lead the finance function through a critical period of strategic growth. You’ll partner closely with the CEO, board, and private equity stakeholders to support on integration after a heavy period of M&A.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead financial planning, forecasting, and scenario modeling aligned with PE growth targets

  • Own investor reporting and board-level communications
  • Liaise with auditors, tax advisors, and legal counsel to ensure compliance and readiness
