Strategic Leadership & Business Partnering

  • Develop a forward-looking financial strategy, shifting reporting from historical results to predictive trend analysis and performance insights.
  • Benchmark company performance against industry standards, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to ownership and the senior leadership team.

Financial Planning & Analysis

  • Build and maintain robust financial models to support decision-making and long-term strategic planning.
  • Develop Capex and Opex frameworks, cash flow strategies, and debt-to-equity structures.
