Interim Carrier Manager

About the role

We are looking for a highly analytical, detail-oriented, and hands‑on Carrier Operations Manager/Analyst to join our European Carrier Partnerships team for a maternity cover.

During our busiest time of the year - Peak Season and Q1 contract renewals - you will act as the operational backbone for our team. While our Senior Managers focus on high-level commercial negotiations and carrier strategy, you will take ownership of the critical backend operations that keep our Resell carrier services running smoothly across Europe. You will sit at the intersection of carrier pricing, financial cost control, and product configuration, ensuring that our negotiated rates are accurately implemented and our margins are protected.
