Born in the wilderness of Finnish Lapland, the team has grown bigger but the mission remains the same: happiness first. The happiness of our clients, colleagues and that of Mother Earth, of course.
With us you are working with a variety of interesting projects as our developers normally work on 1-3 client projects at the time by developing software systems and applications and solving tech challenges. Self-organized work, a good balance of freedom and responsibility, modern tools and technologies, and customer closeness are the cornerstones of getting things done the Montel-way. We are a team of 25 with 11 different nationalities, so in this intergalactic trip there is no need to speak Finnish as we work and communicate in English.
