Summary This position is located in Channel Islands National Park, in the Office of the Superintendent in Ventura, CA This is a Detail/Temporary Promotion not to exceed 1 year and can be extended up to 5 years. This Detail/Temporary Promotion may be made permanent without further competition. Serves as the BAER Implementation Leader working as a senior principal advisor in the management of natural resources and is responsible for program development and implementation. Responsibilities Serves as a member of the Park Management Team. As a member of this team, the incumbent is actively involved in decisions affecting overall park management strategic direction, policy, priorities, budget and operations. Contributes to the development and implementation of park plans and management documents.
