  • Analyze the nature of projects to identify needs and objectives, allowing you to get an overview of potential issues (content, technology, etc.).
  • Assess desired functions and behaviours so as to optimize the user experience.
  • Develop the tree structure and define the architecture (ergonomics, navigation, interactions, segues, etc.).
  • Storyboard and organize information.
  • Weigh platform-specific technological constraints and find tailored solutions.
  • Direct the various presentation stages using comprehensive mock-ups supported by constructive arguments.
  • Act as a guide and adviser to recommend proposals that factor in the analysis, needs and issues.
  • Create user tests to confirm design hypotheses and plan research activities with the User Experience Research team.
