Expectations from an Interaction Designer:

• 3+ years of experience working on digital products in interaction design.
• A bachelor's degree in product design, interaction design, industrial design, or information design from a reputable university.
• Experience designing flows, navigation, and interactive states across a product.
• Ability to define micro interactions that improve clarity and delight (hover, press, loading, success/failure, system feedback).
• Create and maintain interaction patterns and design system components
