Job Overview Intensive Care Coordinator – Umatilla County Reports to Clinical Supervisor. Full‐time, FLSA exempt. Pay grade B8 ($24.95–$35.96 hourly depending on experience). Spanish bilingual preferred with 10% increase after language test. Relocation benefit for moves over 100 miles. 2‐year commitment with staged tax‐payout. Hiring bonus $5,500. The role involves coordinating mental health services and case management for children in need of intensive care coordination (ICC). The position works closely with community partners, facilitates referrals, manages ICC cases, and ensures compliance with Oregon Administrative Rules.
