Summary About the Position: This position is in the Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel System (DCIPS). Employees occupying DCIPS positions are in the Excepted Service and must adhere to U.S. Code, Title 10, as well as Department of Defense Instruction 1400.25. This position is located at the U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM), 704th MI BDE, Army Cryptologic Office, Fort Meade, MD. Responsibilities Reviews and provides recommended updates to National, DoD, and Army Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) polices. Researches, reviews, interprets, and applies analysis to applicable laws, directives, regulations, policies, and guidance governing National, DoD, and Army SIGINT activities. Serves as a member of the Army SIGINT Policy Oversight, and compliance staff for the Army Cryptologic Enterprise activities worldwide.
