Qualifications

  • Between 2-4 years of post-call experience
  • Excellent academic and professional credentials
  • Demonstrated experience in patent litigation
  • Strong analytical, communication and drafting skills
  • Demonstrated commitment to teamwork and client service excellence

The successful applicant will be part of an expert IP litigation team providing sophisticated legal advice to leading-edge innovators and top companies in diverse sectors, including pharmaceuticals, life sciences, technology, internet, petrochemical/energy and telecommunications.
