The Role

The Integrations Engineer will work within the Integrations Engineering team to design, build and maintain data integrations, API integrations, data pipelines and integration infrastructure for Bupa Dental UK business.

Responsibilities

  • In-depth understanding of integration engineering fundamentals, including data integration, API integration and ETL/ELT best practices.
  • Experience designing and supporting RESTful API integrations, webhooks and event-driven integration patterns.
  • Mastered the tools needed to debug and diagnose issues in data pipelines, APIs and system-to-system integrations.
  • The ability to understand data flows, API contracts and relationships between source systems, operational applications and the data warehouse.
