The Integration Tester is responsible for validating and testing integrations across Amazon Connect, AWS Bedrock, Amazon Kinesis, Salesforce, Verint, and related AWS GovCloud services within a FedRAMP High (IL4) environment.

This role ensures that real-time and post-call data pipelines, AI-driven workflows, Salesforce integrations, and operational monitoring components function reliably, securely, and according to business and compliance requirements.
