About the role

We are looking for an experienced IT&E CPT Lead for our CMS 330 product who will lead the Integration & Test (I&T;) efforts for the Portugal project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in naval Integration Test and Evaluation with demonstrated success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain the overall CMS 330 product acceptance strategy and plan for the program, ensuring alignment with project objectives and stakeholder requirements.
  • Lead a multifaceted team of Integration & Test Engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
