Integration Support Consultant

Due to the launch of a new service, we are looking to add 3 consultants to our team with proven expertise in monitoring and resolving incidents within the interfaces connecting the various applications involved in the production processes of a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.

The service is delivered remotely in two rotating shifts: morning and afternoon.

Support Responsibilities:

• Monitoring and support of interfaces between SAP ERP (S/4HANA and SAP R/3) and external systems within the pharmaceutical ecosystem, covering the areas of Manufacturing, Human Resources, and Logistics.
• Resolution of IDocs generated by interface errors between MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) applications and SAP.
• Resolution of IDocs resulting from interface errors between HR systems and SAP (Workday).
• Resolution of issues related to EDI message exchange.
