Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop robust solutions on the ServiceNow platform, including custom applications, scripted components, and business rules.
- Build and customize Service Portal widgets, themes, and pages to deliver intuitive user experiences.
- Develop and support REST/SOAP integrations with external systems using Scripted REST APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical designs.
- Maintain and enhance Catalog Items, Flows, Workflows, UI Policies, and Client/Server scripts.
- Ensure platform compliance with ServiceNow best practices, security standards, and performance benchmarks.
