Technical Skills
- Proven integration experience across API, file-based, event-driven, and EDI models
- Hands-on expertise with iPaaS platforms such as Workato and Boomi
- Familiarity with cloud platforms: Azure, AWS, GCP
- Strong knowledge of integration protocols: REST, SOAP, AS2, SFTP, FTP, HTTP/S
- Proficiency in data formats: XML, JSON, EDIFACT, X12, CSV
- Understanding of error handling, retries, and logging best practices
Problem-Solving & Analysis
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent troubleshooting skills
- Ability to debug integration flows and identify root causes quickly
- Experience in performance tuning and monitoring integration services
