Project Management

  • Lead cross-functional integration projects from initiation to closure, ensuring delivery within agreed scope, budget, and timelines.

  • Track and report project progress using defined KPIs and dashboards for internal and client stakeholders.

Risk and Quality Management

  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies proactively and drive continuous improvement.
  • Implement quality control measures to ensure deliverables meet business and technical standards.

Stakeholder Engagement and Requirement Management

  • Serve as the key liaison between clients, business stakeholders, and technical teams.
  • Translate business requirements into structured technical deliverables with integration consultants and architects.
