Integration Lead

Emanate Technology is partnering with a key Government client to recruit an Integration Lead. Beyond traditional delivery tasks, this role provides technical leadership within the team, driving the integration stream of work. You will make key technical decisions, resolve blockers, and support the integration engineering practice to ensure successful outcomes.
This is a hands-on development role suited to a senior candidate who can actively contribute to an ongoing program of work where needed. It’s perfect for someone who thrives in a small, high-performing team, enjoys wearing multiple hats, and loves being in the code alongside developers. This role is not suitable for someone who prefers focusing solely on architecture and being less hands-on with tools.
