Position Summary

As an Integration Engineer at Alpha X, you serve as the technical bridge between internal innovation and external application. Your primary responsibility is to architect, build, and maintain the APIs, webhooks, and middleware that enable our AI products to communicate seamlessly with third-party platforms and client infrastructures.

Key Responsibilities

  • System Integration: Design and implement robust integrations between Alpha X's AI platform and client systems, including ERP, CRM, cloud storage, and other SaaS platforms.
  • API Development & Management: Build, optimize, and maintain high-performance RESTful and GraphQL APIs for AI model inference and client interactions.
  • Client Onboarding & Technical Implementation: Lead technical onboarding of new clients, ensuring AI solutions are correctly configured and integrated within their environments.
