I am looking for someone to help our small business with a solutions. We currently are using Intratel Communications for our IP Phones. We use Quickbooks for our CRM solutions as we only need customer name and address/QB info so we never went deep into a full CRM. Our sales are all incoming calls so we are looking for a solution to connect if possible, to keep QB as the only system. Can we do a custom bridge? QuickBooks is a Intuit OAuth setup and Intratel can integration where systems support RESTful API
Ideally the custom bridge would do:
Incoming call hits Intratel
Caller ID is sent to your integration
Integration searches QuickBooks customer records by phone number
It returns the match and triggers a pop-up (name/company/balance/last invoice, etc.)
Intratel said: When a call comes in we can certainly send that caller ID to QB's RESTful API no problem but the rest of what you a describing here requires programming which QB will need to do for you...
