:Reporting to the Integrated Operations Superintendent, you will be part of the Integrated Operations Department. You will ensure that the goals and objectives are achieved while promoting and respecting Agnico Eagle’s values, Health & Safety Code of Conduct and the environment.
Deliver actionable analytics and reporting that support day-to-day operational decision-making across mining, maintenance, and crushing activities;
Develop, automate, and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and reports that drive operational performance and visibility across the Integrated Operations Centre (IOC);
Partner closely with dispatchers, planners, operators, and site leadership to understand operational challenges and translate them into data-driven solutions;
Analyze operational data to identify trends, root causes, risks, and opportunities for productivity, reliability, and efficiency improvements;
