Your new role

Make a meaningful impact by supporting families to build stronger, safer futures. As a Family Services Practitioner, you’ll provide casework, parenting support, practical guidance, and links to community services. You’ll assess risks, help improve family relationships and wellbeing, and empower parents with hands-on strategies that make a real difference.

You’ll work with families experiencing challenges such as family violence, mental health concerns, substance use, homelessness, and cycles of disadvantage.

You’ll be supported by a dedicated, diverse team offering guidance, collaboration, and ongoing development as you help create positive change for children and families.
