Position Overview

Integrated Communications Manager at Raytheon ELCAN, a global leader in high‑precision optical systems. The role is responsible for developing and executing internal and external communication campaigns that support business goals and manage the company’s reputation. This position reports to the Communications Director in a matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Champion strategic relationships with key business stakeholders across the company, including functions and business areas.
• Lead the development and execution of unified communications campaign plans to support key business area pursuits and initiatives across international markets for defense.
• Develop corporate social responsibility campaign plans to support initiatives with armed forces charities, STEM, and community programmes.
