What You’ll Bring To The Team
  • Experience in roles involving direct client interaction is highly desirable.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities; capable of speaking clearly, professionally, and with empathy—even in complex or emotionally charged situations.
  • Comfortable using computers, including Windows OS, web browsers, and basic internet tools.
  • Proficiency in both English and Spanish is required.
Work Schedule
  • Training: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (GDL time) for 1–2 weeks.
  • Regular Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
