Job Summary

Provide high quality solution-focused counselling and information support services telephonically to employees of our client companies, offering evidence-based counselling support.

Responsibilities

• Provide solution-focused counselling and information support telephonically to employees.
• Deliver evidence-based counselling support within a short-term framework.
• Provide support as part of the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) field.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Master’s degree in Psychology or Counseling.
• Active and valid registration with the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) as Registered Psychologist or Registered Psychometrician; if you hold a master’s degree in counseling, a valid license to practice counselling is required.
