Salary Range: $20.00 - $21.20 Per Hour Salary Note: Bilingual
candidates are eligible for an additional $1.50 Bilingual Differential.

Position Summary: The Intake Coordinator is the first contact for new
clients referred to Ryan White Case Management Services. This position
conducts the initial eligibility screening annual eligibility screening
with all clients. The Intake Coordinator is responsible for supporting
client access to services including assisting clients in obtaining
required eligibility documentation, as appropriate. This position is
responsible for scheduling the first appointment for all new clients
with a Care Coordinator and with a Medical Case Manager to complete
their assessment process. This position also refers to the Care
Coordinators and Medical Case Managers when clients need additional
