Position Description: Based in Indwell's London Resource Centre, this person will manage the access and intake systems for applicants looking to find housing and supports with Indwell in the Southwest Region (including London, Woodstock, Simcoe, St Thomas and Sarnia). Reporting to the Intake Manager, duties include answering phone calls and inquiries, working with different municipal housing databases and partners, screening and assessing needs, prioritizing and coordinating appropriate follow‑up appointments and referrals, collaborating and working within Indwell programs to best assess program needs and vacancies, and other tasks related to housing applications and the wait list.
