Job Description
Become an Intake and Resolutions Specialist with the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants in Canada. This bilingual role focuses on review and resolution of cases in professional conduct.
In this 12-month contract position, you will report to the Supervisor, Early Resolution, and analyze case information to assist in compliance with the College's professional obligations. As a key team member, you will gather information from complainants, engage with licensees, and provide recommendations based on your findings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review and analyze cases affecting licensees' obligations
• Gather additional information from complainants and licensees
• Perform alternate dispute resolution for case resolution
• Prepare documentation for the Complaints Committee
• Maintain and manage case files according to guidelines
